The Studio offers the option of residential accommodation, or day use. The studio is set in an idyllic location, on the North Essex coast, with views, and footpath access, down to Hamford Waters. Hamford Waters is designated as a World Heritage Site and a National Nature Reserve the perfect place for a creative retreat.

Eight hour day with engineer £300. Additional hours with engineer £30.
Two days Studio hire consecutively including camping onsite £500.
Live Performance video day. Includes video edits (max 3 videos) £450
Half day session with one live performance video includes edit £225
Stereo mix from up to 24 stems supplied £100

Songwriting day in summer with producer support £125
Pro Tools workshop (two people) £80 each
Residential. Two Day studio hire with overnight camping & engineer £450. This special offer includes two 4 metre (4 person) Bell Tents. Available May to September.
